I heartily endorse Marvin Hoeflinger and Church Consulting Services, Inc. A true gentleman for Christ, his organization was used by God to assist us in securing $3.9 million in refinancing on two church facilities located in different Texas cities at rates that were absolutely unbelievable. I had stepped out on faith and obeyed the voice of the Lord by leaving my 17-year-old successful place of ministry to move three hours away in order to establish another ministry. Having established 'one church- two locations', our ministry faced the daunting task of securing refinancing in the name of the newly established ministry that would include the nearly 120,000 sq. feet of physical facilities in both cities. There were also complications with the mortgagor located at the former place of ministry and a host of "Sanballats" attempting to undermine and sabotage the ministries' transition.

Consummate professionals, the Church Consulting Services, Inc. team provided strategic and financial advice, found a major commercial lender, and took the lead in negotiating the terms of the loan. Marve was available and accessible 24/7, eternally and encouraging and supportive during a few tough periods when the loan approval seemed unlikely, and he always acted with the ministries best interest at the core of his concerns. His team not only talked the talk, but walked the walk. When all the smoke had cleared after a very hard fought refinancing approval, our ministry-- because of the drastically reduced debt load and funds now available for much needed capital improvements-- is an ideal position to pursue and accomplish the vision God has graced us with: the vision of building a multi-ethnic, multi-cultural 'coat of many colors' ministry that will usher in authentic revival.

Kudos to Marvin Hoeflinger and his team at Church Consulting Services, Inc. for having such a heart to assist Bible-believing ministries in obtaining financing at low rates, and, for not being afraid to tough it out with their clients in spite of obstacles and hurdles.
