Dear Pastor,

Since before I began First Family Church in Overland Park, Kansas, God burdened my heart as the founder and senior pastor to build a church that impacted our city like no other church in the Kansas City Metropolitan area. God placed the vision of a seven-day-a-week church that would require five phases of construction before the brick and mortar phases would be complete.

First Family Church is now a nine year old church that is located on 51 acres of prime real estate. She is currently a 10.5 million dollar, 51,000 square foot state-of-the-art multipurpose worship facility. And now because of God’s grace and Marvin Hoeflinger of the Church Consulting Group we are now beginning our second phase.

Marvin put together an incredible financing package that was better than anything I had ever heard of or seen in my thirty plus years in ministry across the nation. Now we are adding an 8.5 million dollar Phase II which consists of an additional 20,000 square foot youth facility complete with a skate park, café, jumbo tron screens outside to give a Time Square, New York appeal. And yes, these buildings will be open to our community seven days a week.
