Welcome to Church Consulting Services, a Non-Profit Corporation established to provide consulting services to biblically-based churches regarding issues of finance and development. The Non-Profit Corporation consults with churches regarding debt services including construction loan and permanent financing alternatives for acquisition, construction, remodeling, renovation, debt consolidation or refinancing of existing debt. CCS brings multiple resources to its borrowers. In identifying the most attractive structuring opportunities, CCS draws upon its specialized team of client service consultants, specialized products and investment expertise to help deliver a customized package to meet each borrower's financing requirements.

CCS, acting in its consulting capacity to non-profits, provides the bridge between the borrower, lender and other intermediaries of the financing structure. In other words, CCS brings the Lenders and the financing to the Borrowers. CCS currently derives 100% of its consulting services from referrals. The character and nature of the services are tailored to meet each specific borrower's financing requirements.

Having participated in the church financing arena for over 25 years, I have seen too many times where the church has been "ripped off" by organizations that seek their own profits rather than the interest of the church. CCS originated from a desire to see churches gain the maximum benefits from lower interest rates. Furthermore, by saving money on lower interest rates, the church will have more funds available for ministry needs.
